I just thought it was funny that I wanted to have a life project helping discerning kind travelers; so the fact that I come from the very place that even states that much in its coat of arms, sort of, it's "kinda" funny, well you get it... Be Kind everywhere.
Along Came a... stork
A tribute here to my friends Ulla and Norbert Fromm. A delightful and super kind German couple who hosted me as a student when I was 20 (a loooong time ago). They showed me around their place, like locals, not like professional guides. That's why when I had the opportunity to correspond and treat them at my place, Ulla was fascinated by the fact that there were so many storks everywhere! Nesting atop any given little church's bell tower, or simply flying over our heads all the time. "this is amazing! you need to bring everyone here to see this!"
I didn't know then, but I had become a passionate travel advisor over 30 years ago. The rest is history (join me, as it is still in the making!)
